Do you consciously choose to smoke, or do you have urges? In other words, are there times during the day when you have no cravings for a cigarette and you say to yourself, “I’m glad I picked up smoking and, if I had to do it all over again, I would choose to do so.”? This is doubtful.
Most smokers don’t choose to smoke, but rather, have urges and habit patterns that they give into and follow. They are definitely conscious of the urges, but these urges come up from the subconscious mind.
The process we use removes the subconscious blocks and obstacles that stand in the way of quitting smoking and also provides clients with techniques to use on their own. It’s much easier to quit smoking when you know how!
