I began doing sessions with Coach Jim in August, 2009.  I had struggled in school and, even though I was doing well in mixed martial arts, I wanted to improve my confidence and my aggressiveness when I was competing.  I've done a few sessions in person, but most of them have been over the phone.   The sessions are calming and positive and my family and I have been really happy with the results.  

Since I started doing sessions, I've been more positive, calm and confident leading up to my competitions, not nervous like I used to be.  I fight at the peak of my ability and can easily go into the zone, and my aggressiveness on the mat is now much higher. The sessions also help me get to my competition weight without getting hungry or cranky like I did before. I've now won gold in North American Grappling Association championship, Grapplers Quest (the world's largest grappling event), and World Brazilian Jujitsu Championships.  

Although I do have natural skills and great instructors, I know that Alpha Mind Coaching gives me the extra edge over my opponents who have the same skills that I have but not the same mindset and tools that I've gained through my sessions.  

Alpha Mind Coaching helped me during the school year with improving my grades and attitude both inside and outside of the classroom by helping me with my determination and focus. I went from being a B/C to an A/B student.  In addition, I took up wrestling at school this year and, with only three months training, I made it all the way to the regional finals.
