About Pamela

Pamela Keefer is the founder of Baby Body Boot Camp NYC and Fit Moms NYC. With more than 15 years of experience in personal training and professional dance, she is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. Pamela began pre and post-natal fitness training when her son Brandon was born. She was an instructor at Strollercize as well as their workout video model, and was an "Elite" level trainer and instructor at  New York's Equinox and Crunch gyms.

In additon to her certification as a trainer, Pamela is a NY State Registered Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery with extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system. Pamela earned her Masters Degree as a PA from Cornell Weill Medical College in New York City. She complements her personal training with an injury prevention and wellness philosophy. Pamela works with clients who have knee, shoulder, elbow and lower back pain with a constructive and rehabilitative focus. Her pre and post-natal training is centered on core conditioning as well as pelvic floor strengthening. Pamela is also licensed as an EMT and massage/shiatsu therapist in New York State.

Pamela currently lives in TriBeCa with her husband Eric and sons Brandon, Hudson and Dylan.


About Baby Body Boot Camp


Baby Body Boot Camp is an all-over body conditioning class held along the scenic Hudson River in Battery Park City. Each class, open to moms of all fitness levels and babies ranging from 6 weeks to 3 years old,  is designed to build the body's endurance and strength with aerobic and anaerobic interval training.  Baby Body Boot Camp is a fun and invigorating blend of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and core body work.


With Baby Body Boot Camp NYC, you will:

  • strengthen your pelvic floor muscles
  • strengthen your abdominal muscles
  • tackle your baby belly
  • attain greater flexibilty

While most classes are made up of downtown NYC moms, all are welcome to join.
