Coaching

One of the key differences between therapy and coaching are the objectives of the work. As a coach, my focus is helping you receive guidance and instruction on how to make changes that will help you achieve your goals. The work focuses on helping you create and maintain motivation for change, exploring obstacles to change, creating plans for change and helping with the knowledge and skills to bring the changes you want about!

Therapy, on the other hand, is defined as “treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder.” It is “the treatment of mental or psychological disorders by psychological means.” the objective of therapy, therefore, is to help people address and resolve problems that are impairing their ability to function well.

With my Ph.D. in Human Development and after 23 years of conducting therapy and working closely with 1,000's of people, I am uniquely qualified to help you make the necessary changes in your life and relationships in order to achieve your goals, creating the life that you want to have, both personally and in your relationships!
