We found Le Petite Jardin (Sheila) through our wedding venue, Lake Oak Meadows, when we were looking through some of their photo books. We fell in love with an arch she had done and knew we had to have her. We contacted her, set up an appointment, and she definitely didn't disappoint. My husband and I met with her two times to discuss "our floral vision". I had a really hard time putting it into words but after showing her a few photos and discussing what I liked about the photos, she completely understood my vision. My response to many of her questions was "whatever you think....I trust your vision". She delivered exactly what we envisioned and it was even better than what we had in mind. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The arch was breathtaking. Sheila was pretty sick the day of our wedding and still put 110% in. She is so sweet and accommodating. We were SO happy with her work and have recommended her to all of our newly engaged friends. She made our special day perfect.

Le Petite Jardin did an incredible job on our wedding. I must have looked at hundreds of florists online before I found Le Petite. There was just something different about their work. They have a creativity and effortlessness to their designs that I hadn't seen anywhere else. 

Upon meeting Sheila, the owner, I knew she would make my dream come to life. She is so kind, fun and helpful. I had a vague idea of what I wanted but she really helped me shape the vision based on budget and color options. Sheila knows her flowers! She helped me cut costs and find the perfect flowers. I knew Sheila would do a great job but our wedding was unbelievably gorgeous. She went above and beyond! The wedding arch she designed was lush, fresh and absolutely stunning. She had left over flowers and decorated our cake without charging anything extra. Sheila even created an on-the-spot centerpiece because we had to add an extra table last minute. Not only did she create the incredible arch, Sheila repurposed it after the ceremony for the sweetheart table. We got so many compliments and I"m certain people thought we paid A LOT more for our florals. Our guests were fighting over who got to take home the centerpieces! 
So do yourself a favor and meet with Shiela!! She is sure to impress you and your guests.

My review is going to sound a lot like the other reviews because it's all so true! Honestly Sheila is the sweetest and most helpful woman I've ever met. She worked with me on my unbelievably tiny budget for my wedding. I sent her a few inspiration pictures told her what I like about each one and she delivered above and beyond. She was so attentive to all the details and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left her adorable shop! I would highly recommend this florist to all my friends and family!

AMAZING florist.....my son was proposing to his now fiance in Newport Beach this past weekend.  I live in Maryland but knew I wanted something special to be sent to their hotel for the engagement.  I yelped for florists in Newport Beach and was blown away by Sheila's arrangements.  I called her and told her what I wanted and she totally exceeded my expectations!  She is truly an artist and the most wonderful, calm person to speak with.  Everything went as planned....and when they got back to their room the flowers were waiting...absolutely stunning.  Sheila is as good as it gets!

Sheila is AMAZING!! She is great to work with, very creative and open to any pictures or ideas you have, to make them a reality, within your budget. She absolutely blew me away with the flowers she provided for my June 2014 wedding. I brought in several bird cages, manzanita trees and bud vases for my centerpieces and she did an awesome job turning what we talked about, into floral arrangements that exceeded anything I had in mind. My bouquet, even though I was afraid of the sizing, was better than expected and I LOVED it so much, that I took it with me on my mini honeymoon for 4 days, and it survived!! I highly recommend her, she is so nice and open to suggestions and details, that any other bride that was less neurotic than me, would definitely be more grateful for her help. She was awesome about showing me options and other flowers because I came in there with a very limited idea of what flowers could be used, and also within my budget. She is just great!

Sheila is fantastic!!??I had emailed another highly-rated florist in the area, asking for general prices, giving her an idea of what I was looking for, and the woman was pretty rude, telling me she simply didn't give quotes without meeting the bride first. I said thanks, I'll keep looking, THEN she suddenly was interested to know my budget, etc. I didn't bother replying.??Then came Sheila. Sheila was wonderful. I loved her from the first reply and immediately decided I wanted to work with her. I live about 40 miles away, so she offered to do everything over email. She worked perfectly within my budget, I gave her some flowers and styles I liked, and she gave me a complete list of flowers and arrangements. I couldn't be happier with the results. We got so many compliments on the flowers. Our venue was pretty stark color-wise, so the flowers really popped.??I am so glad I went with my gut on the personalities that came through over email. I recommend Sheila and Le Petite Jardin!!!?

The absolutely most AMAZING florists I've ever encountered! There are so many reasons why but I'll start by saying that I called literally the night before Mother's Day and they were able to accommodate my order! Also I asked them for a delivery order that is not in their area but they totally said okay and completed the order for me! In addition I am living in Boston so I couldn't physically be there to choose or pick any flowers but I trusted them and I could not be more happy because my mom felt so loved on Mother's Day because of the beautiful creation and actually cried... And if anyone knows my mom she's not one to even shed a tear! Thank you Le Petite Jardin for sending her my love from across the country!

We literally could not have been happier with the arrangements and bouquets that Sheila did for our wedding!  She really "got" what we were going for and took it even further than we'd imagined.  She is professional, attentive, and tireless--and a complete delight to be around!  She listens.  Let's say that again:  she listens!  She committed herself to giving us what WE wanted, but added her expertise and flair to take it up that special final notch.  She made herself a part of the team as a whole, and worked to make sure that the design of the whole event was integrated and complete. She was disciplined and diligent, creative and enthusiastic.  Our arrangements were unique, tasteful, and utterly memorable. Planning a wedding from 2000 miles away could have been stressful, but every vendor was a joy to work with to make the day more beautiful than I had imagined. Sheila from Le Petite Jardin was helpful from the very first email and worked with me to create a gorgeous wildflower wedding well within my budget. I was expecting smaller floral arrangements based on the amount of funds I had available, but Sheila wowed me with elegant and personalized flowers for myself, the bridal party, the flower girl and our parents. Being from the open prairie land of the Dakotas I wanted our flowers to reflect the gentle and carefree flowers found in our fields and along our streams. Sheila did such a wonderful job transforming my floral dreams into blossoming reality! She also personally delivered the flowers to the bridal suite on time and with a wonderful personality. I kept my bouquet and the large green stem bloomed into pretty orange flowers weeks after I returned home. It felt like the flowers didn't want to cease their beauty. If I ever need floral arrangements in the Orange County area again I will definitely stop by Le Petite Jardin!

Sheila from Le Petite Jardin is an amazing floral designer. I went into her shop for a consultation having absolutely no idea what I wanted and she was very patient and helpful in suggesting things I might like. She allowed me to make changes several times without any problems and was very understanding about my uncertainties. We had a beach wedding so I wanted very simple decorations and our centerpieces were beautiful, as well as our bouquets. Sheila came in and set up everything early and delivered the bouquets and boutonnieres right to our suite--she made my wedding day completely stress free! I would recommend her to any bride, as she provided gorgeous flowers for a very reasonable price. Our wedding was beautifully decorated!

Sheila, the owner of Le Petite Jardin is just amazing! She spent so much time with us to make sure that she understood what my husband and I wanted, including the flowers we liked, what we were envisioning and what our budget was.  She walked our wedding site, which was both indoors and out, and had such wonderful and creative ideas.  I was completely amazed when I saw how absolutely beautiful everything looked.  She more than exceeded our expectations; the beauty she created took ours (and our guests) breaths away.  From my elegant bouquet, to the amazing table centerpieces to the gorgeous cascade on our outdoor gazebo everything was lush, vibrant and just beautiful.  When our wedding happens to come up in conversation, our friends and family continue to comment on how beautiful our flowers were. That says something!  I should say that Sheila also recommended using candles throughout our venue and I'm so glad we did, our room glowed at night and was just so elegant.  I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Sheila.  We loved everything she did.  Her flower and candle arrangements made our wedding day much more beautiful than I ever imagined.  The other thing to note is that the flowers look amazing in all of our photos and our video. I never really thought about that…. Anyway I would highly recommend having Le Petite Jardin handle your flowers and lighting enhancement for your special day.

Le Petite Jardin did our flowers for our September 2012 wedding. They were absolutely STUNNING!!! AMAZING!!! Sheila is true artist and undoubtably knows flowers!! From the minute we met her, we knew we were in good hands. She spent a great deal of time sitting with us ensuring that every last detail was the way we had imagined it. Leading up to the wedding, Sheila was in constant contact giving us updates and providing guidance on our arrangements. We had asked for many different arrangements ranging from flowers down the banister to elegant tall center pieces. She created a look that was better than we ever could have imagined! From the flower petals scattered on the tables to the elegant runner down the aisle, the venue looked spectacular! The bouquets and boutonnieres were exquisite- exactly what we asked for and just like the picture we had given her. It was our 7th wedding anniversary and my wife and kids were on Balboa Island visiting her parents.  I stayed home in Michigan because of business.  I like patronizing local businesses so I was happy to find a florist right on the Island.  I only saw a picture of the delivered flowers but it seemed like a very generous arrangement for a very reasonable price.  My wife loved the flowers - said they looked and smelled beautifully.  She got a particular kick out of the fact that the shop was only two blocks from her parent's house and that Sheila delivered the flowers on foot!

We had Le Petite Jardin as an auction item for Casa Teresa's Mother of the Year event. They did a fantastic job on the arrangement and definitely stood out among the other floral arrangements we had during the auction. We let our florists take creative freedom on the different floral arrangements and Le Petite Jardin put an amazing piece together. Sheila is absolutely wonderful to work with and has such a generous heart. Not only did she come through with beautiful flowers, but she was SO understanding and accommodating. She let us borrow a few buckets and stayed open late for us!
