OE PLLC is the stormwater engineering consultant of the City of Yuma, Arizona and is responsible for the design of stormwater drainage facilities and the implementation of the Stormwater Management Pogram. OE PLLC is in charge of the designing of stormwater drainage segment with construction and post-construction Stormwater  Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) or SWPPP only. OE PLLC has performed more than 100 stormwater drainage public and private projects all of which have been in the Yuma area.

Since 2002, the principal engineer of the firm served in Yuma area as a civil engineer in the Yuma County Flood Control District (YCFCD) and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project Manager in the City of Yuma (COY) Engineering Department. From the onset of OE PLLC until July 2010, it had worked as a sub-consultant with the COY to provide stormwater engineering services, however, since July 2010 the firm has become the prime stormwater engineering consultant with potential of contract extension up to 2015. The firm has been and is involved in writing and passing all stormwater and flood control ordinances in the COY with coordination with the YCFCD. OE PLLC is well recognized in the Yuma area as one of the lead specialized stormwater engineering firms with extensive knowledge of the local conditions.

OE PLLC has completed hundreds of SWPPP designs and inspections for the AZ Construction General Permit and the 2010 MSGP (Industrial activities) in the Yuma area.
