We expect that most of our templates will be built by our users. Somebody might know what is really needed to support something a church, little league, classroom, or apartment complex and might create a really cool and practical site. With the click of a button, copies can be enabled for this site and others can use the site as a starting point for thier own efforts.

We encourage such templates to be given away, but we do not mind if the authors charge for them. If somebody invests great efforts, some return is reasonable, but if they ask too much then nobody will buy. We will let the market pervail.

We do not expect to ever charge for the templates we create.
